Cattleya Orchid Blc. Malworth ‘Orchidglade’
This plant originated from Jones and Scully Co. back in the early 1960’s. It is still considered one if not, the finest yellow cattleyas ever.
It can flower multiple times per year.
Large flowers with a heavy substance are produced on this plant.
They are very sweetly fragrant and an orange-sherbet yellow colour that is set off by a delicate pink edging surrounding the lip.
Blc. Malworth was awarded the highest award given by the American Orchid Society in 1969.
